We are thrilled to announce our newest signing, former NRL sensation and streetwear fashion label “Earls Collection” founder, Lewi Brown.
Lewi has built a career that extends far beyond the football field – from sport to fashion and media, he has established himself as a trusted voice with the ability to build a genuine connection with his audience. It is this combination of credibility, creativity and authenticity that makes Lewi such a natural fit as our newest recruit at The Fordham Company – one we are proud to welcome into the fold.
Across a decade-long NRL career with the New Zealand Warriors, Penrith Panthers and Manly Warringah Sea Eagles, Lewi played 198 first-grade games and represented New Zealand on 15 occasions. Having played for the NRL ‘s most decorated clubs while continuing to represent his country on the international stage is no small feat, yet his journey through the NRL wasn’t just about the numbers on the field. It was about the relationships built, the leadership shown, and the profile earned as a proud Kiwi carrying his country’s colours with pride. That grounding in elite sport continues to inform the discipline, work ethic and authenticity he now brings to both business and media.
Since retiring, Lewi has transformed the Australian streetwear industry through his label, Earls Collection. Earls has become a vehicle for Lewi to express what truly matters to him – his passion for community, fashion and self-expression – mirroring his approach to life on and off the field. Where many athletes struggle to find a second identity beyond sport, Lewi has done the opposite: building an entirely new lane and setting a template for what a modern athlete-turned-entrepreneur can look like.
Beyond sport and business, Lewi is committed to changing the conversation around men’s mental health. Having lived through personal family hardships, the pressures of professional sport, and the vulnerability of retirement and reinvention, he speaks from a place of lived
experience rather than theory. That raw authenticity has resonated with audiences, establishing Lewi as a genuine leader in this space.
