Rising NRL Star, Canberra Raiders Winger
Jed Stuart is an emerging NRL talent currently playing on the wing for the Canberra Raiders. A local junior from the Woden Valley Rams, Jed made his NRL debut in Round 16 of the 2025 season against the Wests Tigers, scoring a try on debut. He went on to play 11 games in his first season, crossing for five tries and featuring in both Raiders’ finals appearances as the team claimed the 2025 Minor Premiership.
Before breaking into the NRL, Jed represented Australia on the international stage with the Australian Men’s Rugby Sevens program. His time in the Sevens circuit helped sharpen his speed, agility, and game awareness; qualities that now define his explosive performances on the wing. Competing against elite international opposition provided invaluable experience and a professional edge that has translated seamlessly into his rugby league career.
The son of Raiders Head Coach Ricky Stuart, Jed has grown up deeply connected to the club’s culture and history. From being a ball boy on the sidelines to now sharing the field with players he once looked up to. Standing at 193 cm, he brings a mix of size, speed, and athleticism to the wing, and continues to impress with his professionalism and work ethic as he pushes for a regular first-grade spot in the coming seasons.
